The short version: we set no cookies, run no trackers and keep no user accounts. The datasets contain no personal data.

What is processed when you visit

Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., which as our processor logs the technical data of each request (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) for security, abuse prevention and performance, under Cloudflare's data-processing terms. We see aggregated statistics only. No advertising or analytics scripts are loaded.

What is in the data we publish

Laws, decrees, tariffs, statistics and registers of legal entities. We do not publish natural persons' identifiers (ЕГН), private addresses or other personal data, and we do not include natural persons' names in any machine-readable feed. Court decisions, if added later, are published only in the anonymised form provided by the courts.

If you write to us

E-mails to data@bgledger.com are kept as long as needed to answer and for correction records, then deleted.
